I built Legal Off-Road so you can title a dirt bike or ATV through South Dakota without paying a middleman hundreds of dollars. The form, the PDF, and the mailing instructions cost nothing.
South Dakota still charges its own fees (excise tax, title, plates). Those go to the state, not to me. A donation is optional and is not required to get plates. It covers hosting, processing mail, and answering questions.
