Look for filled_title_form.pdf in your downloads, then:

1. Print and sign the form.
2. Mail it to the address shown on the PDF, along with your proof of ownership (bill of sale or existing title).
3. Expect a call or email in a few days when your order is ready for payment.
4. Plates arrive 5-7 days after payment. The title follows in 3-4 weeks.
